I was really in pain
As you can see from the expression on my face lol
To get a feel for things you have to start off small so instead of doing a full marathon I was invited to join part of a relay team which consisted me running 5.2mi on the first leg of the race. It was nearly 57 degrees at 6:45am and i almost missed the gun go off so it was a crazy morning . Since it was so cold and I didn't have any warm gear i didn't have the chance to warm up. So I said tell hell with it, Im just gonna run. Once the race had started had made my way to the 4th position until mile 3 where everything went into a blur, i was operating at a 197BPM and i couldn't led up cause the other relay teams were fast approaching so i kicked it into overdrive and sucked it up and pushed through the pain. I manged to run a 32:14 on the hard, cold 5.2mi leg it was hell......
